My boyfriend and I had an incredible couples massage at Harmony Falls today. The atmosphere was so clean and beautiful, and our massage therapists, Andy and Taylor, were absolutely amazing! A special shout-out to Liz at the front desk for being so welcoming, and to the owner, Victor, for creating such a wonderful and beautiful establishment. They have more than one locations… give them a try, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! We'll definitely be back!

Amanda is great! It was my first time visiting due to a Christmas gift voucher. I booked a therapeutic massage with Amanda, and it was phenomenal! She made it such a comforting experience and she helped my neck/shoulder pain immensely! I added on the Himalayan salt stones, which I highly recommend. The reviews certainly speak for themselves. I will be back!

Had the most relaxing session in the salt bath! There’s a TV if you’re interested, otherwise there is relaxing spa music that plays throughout your session. I went after feeling super sore from working out and this session left me and my muscles feeling so relaxed! So excited to come back and try their other services!

EDIT - I was contacted almost immediately after sending them this same note and had a very kind and thoughtful conversation with Ross. He made a point to contact us right away and make things right. He explained that the specials we got last year weren’t done this year, but because we never checked in, we weren’t aware. Because of this chat, we will definitely give them another shot. Wonderful customer service - thank you! Original post (2 stars) - I am disappointed and my husband and I will not be coming back. This is our second time coming here after we went last year for our anniversary. We loved it so much last year that we decided to do it again. They had a sweet sign made for us and were very kind, congratulating us, talking to us together and it had a wonderful vibe. 90 minute couples massage plus a complimentary red light sauna and cold plunge and champagne. This year was not the same experience. First, we felt rushed from the moment we walked in. We didn’t even check in before the woman called our names. It was clear they didn’t realize we were celebrating our anniversary (the woman was a little off putting and didn’t have the relaxing, happy vibe that you would expect for the experience). Once we walked into the room, it was right down to business. No cute sign, so chatting with us together. But the part that really got me was when my husband told his person that he was just coming off shift (firefighter) and might fall asleep, and she responded with “I don’t care, I’m going start with upper back…”. The “I don’t care” was completely insensitive and certainly uninviting for the massage we were about get. Mind you again that this is our anniversary, it there was no attempt to make it special. After she said she didn’t care, we were both immediately put off, and really ruined the experience of the massage. We didn’t get the complimentary red light/cold plunge, and there wasn’t really an explanation why because we were rushed from the beginning. Honestly, my massage itself was wonderful, but I was so put off by the tone of my husband’s person that I had a hard time enjoying it. Plus, the music stopped for a while, and that was a little strange. All in all, I raved about this place when we went last year and couldn’t wait to go back this year, but sadly, after this less-than-special experience, we won’t be going back. Especially for the cost, when we could have gone somewhere else and done them separate for substantially less.

My husband and I went for a 90 minute couples massage and couples facial. My husband loved his therapist Mandy/Amanda and said she worked out areas of tension no other therapist has before. I had Nick who went to town on my severely knotted shoulders and I’m so thankful because I was so overdue for it! Our facials were also wonderful - I’d never had one before and I had Destiny for my facial. Destiny was super sweet and explained what she used on me and why as well as specific after care instructions which I appreciated. It’s the next day and my skin is still SO soft; I suffer from a dry jawline and cheeks and my skin looks and feels so smooth! I’m contemplating getting a membership for facials with her at Harmony Falls while my husband knows he wants to come back for a massage. Either way, we had a great experience and everyone in the office including front desk was very kind. We will be back!
